Navy Boiled Wool Fabric
Gorgeous soft boiled wool fabric in a great navy blue colour perfect for Autumn and Winter dressmaking. Boiled wool has all the great properties of normal wool fabric and is naturally water resistant, warm and long-lasting. A perfect plain navy wool for dressmaking coats and jackets.
When the wool is boiled, the woven wool shrinks and the resulting fabric becomes denser and tightly woven, making it softer and even warmer than regular wool. It is also water resistant so it’s perfect for outerwear including coats and jackets.
