Snap-on Low Shank Knit Foot

Description

This sewing machine foot is designed to make sewing stretch and knit fabrics easier. The long prong sticking upwards hooks over the needle bar before you snap it in place. This allows the foot to lift and lower as the needle lifts and lowers which prevents any tension under the foot from stretching or distorting the fabric as you sew. It has a little rubber stopper underneath which adds an extra non-slip grip when the needle is down to help hold the fabric in place.

Fits most modern domestic machines using the common snap-on type presser foot, e.g. Janome, Brother, Singer, etc.
